A charming one-bedroom apartment with sea view, located at the entrance of Sanremo’s historic center, only 100 meters from Via Matteotti and 200 meters from the Casino.

The apartment is located on the second floor (no elevator) and was completely renovated in June 2025, combining modern style with authentic Ligurian charm.

To reach the apartment, it is necessary to walk through a short pedestrian area of the historic center, including some typical ancient stairs.

👉 Not recommended for people with walking difficulties, as access may be slightly demanding.

Starting from May 2026, a brand-new private relax room has been added to the apartment, located directly at the entrance of the property and fully renovated with high-end materials and modern finishes.
